The Marlo Group
The Marlo Group, an international communications organization, is proud to be a strategic communications arm of the Aids Responsibiltiy Project (ARP) helping them to disseminate vital information on HIV/AIDS. As consultants we have been instrumental in developing a strategic plan encompassing fund-raising, communications, and educational programs. Through our combined efforts with ARP, we hope to coalesce the power and the influence of people from around the world in this struggle against the planets most threatening foe.

Marlo traveled with the AIDS Responsibility Project Congressional Delegation to South Africa, Botswana, and Uganda in 2003. We are presently in production of a documentary, Stepping Up: America Responds to Global AIDS, which will highlight some of what we saw on this visit. This documentary will be premiered in Washington D.C. and shown at the World Aids Congress in Bangkok in July of 2004.

In January of 2004 Marlo traveled with the AIDS Responsibility Project Delegation to Mexico, Brazil, and Jamaica to create a library of film materials to be used in a variety of future projects.

In association with ARP, The Marlo Group has created Aids Information Network (AIN) which will provide educational materials developed for treatment centers in countries affected with HIV/AIDS.

The Marlo Group has been a proponent of consumer awareness and public safety issues for over 25 years. We have developed numerous award-winning public safety campaigns in the areas of traffic safety, domestic violence, drug and alcohol use, fire safety, prescription medicines and others. Over the years, we have collaborated with several governments at the state level, over 25 hospital associations, and more than 100 individual hospitals, Womens Way, (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency, and The White House Bureau of Consumer Affairs, the U.S. Treasury Department, the United States Army.

Marlo strives to find relevent issues that need to be brought to light. In addition to the work we are doing on HIV/AIDS, we are currently developing a national Project Home Safety Campaign.
